Our Preschool Program

  • is an integrated program providing a preschool experience for children with and without developmental delays.
  • allows all children, typically developing and children with developmental delays, to gain knowledge while interacting with their peers.
  • provides opportunities for parents to become active participants in their child’s education.
  • collaborates with families, schools and the community to provide optimum delivery of services.
  • utilizes learning centers (literacy, dramatic play, music, math, block building, creative arts, science, and fine and large motor activities).
  • has a balance of active and quiet activities.
  • incorporates child-initiated and teacher-directed activities.
  • uses structured groups and free play activities.
  • addresses all areas of the child’s development.
  • provides preparation, readiness and transitioning for kindergarten.
  • has a low teacher-to-student ratio with one teacher and one assistant per (up to)16 students.
  • is licensed and monitored by the Ohio Department of Education, Division of Early Childhood.
  • has staff members that are trained in first aid, CPR and child abuse prevention.
  • is free to children with documented special needs.
  • is provided on a monthly tuition fee.
