Required Notices

The U.S. Department of Education and Ohio Department of Education have web posting requirements for all school districts. Most of the information you see here is available in other sections of our website; however, we have provided this page as a more convenient access point for all of the required information.
This page will be updated as needed.

ADA Required Notice

The Wickliffe City School District is committed to full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as amended by the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA), and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, which prohibit discrimination against qualified persons with disabilities, as well as other federal and state laws pertaining to individuals with disabilities. Under the ADA and its amendments, a person has a disability if he or she has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits a major life activity.
