Primary Care
Signature Health offers a School-Based Health Center within the Wickliffe City School District, with primary care providers who can serve both students in grades K-12 and community members of all ages. Services include:
- Well exams & sick visits
- Sports physicals
- Immunizations/vaccines
- Health screenings
- Prevention and management of conditions like high blood pressure and diabetes
- Confidential teen visits* that include education on sexual and reproductive health, birth control options (including emergency contraception), and testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections (STIs)
- Lab work
- Free mailing or delivery of medications through Signature Health Pharmacy
*A confidential visit for a patient between the ages of 13 and 17 means anything regarding sexual and reproductive health discussed with the health care provider is private and won't be disclosed to anyone else (including parents/guardians).
Dental Services at the FRC
Dental services are available at the Family Resource Center of Wickliffe for Wickliffe City School District staff members and students. This initiative aims to provide convenient and accessible dental care for WCSD staff and students.
Program Details
- Every other Tuesday, from 3 to 6pm
- Location: Family Resource Center of Wickliffe – 2255 Rockefeller Rd. Wickliffe, Ohio 44092
- Initial Services Offered: Dental cleanings, exams, x-rays, fillings & sealants
- Future Services: Simple extractions and restorations
Payment Information
- Medicaid Patients: Signature Health accepts Medicaid.
- Non-Medicaid Patients: Services will be covered by the WFRC through a grant generously provided by the Cleveland Foundation until funds are no longer available.

Mental Health Services at the FRC
The Wickliffe Family Resource Center offers mental health counseling services to our students through Signature Health Inc.'s school-based services. We have mental health counselors/licensed social workers that are able to provide students with additional assistance and support. Home and community-based services are also available if desired, as well as services to assess the needs of additional family members.
Counseling will be available to identified students experiencing problems that may be affecting school performance. Please contact your student's school counselor if you are interested in them receiving counseling through Signature Health Inc.
