The Wickliffe Family Resource Center is equipped with two medical exam rooms. We have primary care providers from Signature Health Inc. at the WFRC that are able to establish care for patients of all ages--pediatrics through adults.
Primary Care Services can include:
Check-ups and wellness visits
Sports physicals
Sick visits
Disease prevention
Health maintenance
Chronic disease management
Counseling and education
Signature Health. Inc. accepts Medicaid and Medicare. No insurance? Don't worry! Signature Health Inc. will help you apply for Medicaid or they also offer a sliding fee scale. To schedule an appointment, call Signature Health Inc. at (440) 953-9999, and state you are a new patient wanting to be seen at the Wickliffe Family Resource Center.
Signature Health Inc. Mental Health Services at the WFRC
The Wickliffe Family Resource Center offers mental health counseling services to our students through Signature Health Inc.'s school-based services. We have mental health counselors/licensed social workers that are able to provide students with additional assistance and support. Home and community-based services are also available if desired, as well as services to assess the needs of additional family members.
Counseling will be available to identified students experiencing problems that may be affecting school performance. Please contact your student's school counselor if you are interested in them receiving counseling through Signature Health Inc.
