In an effort to assist students with completion of the required courses that must be passed and are required for graduation, Wickliffe High School has implemented a program to assists students when remedial course(s) are needed or credit acceleration is desired.

Wickliffe High School has partnered with PLATO/Edmentum to provide on-line credit recovery/acceleration courses. The on-line experience uses an interactive curriculum along with guidance and support of highly qualified, licensed instructors. The self-paced semester courses are aligned to state and national standards. Accreditation is from Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Council on Accreditation and School Improvement.

Credit recovery/acceleration through Wickliffe Learning Options can be completed during the school year or during the summer in place of a traditional summer school. Parent(s)/Guardian and students should be aware of the eligibility requirements of the Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) when considering athletic eligibility. This procedure must include school counselor participation so that the appropriate course(s) are selected for graduation.
