Please use the attached link to communicate with the district regarding ideas, suggestions, concerns, or thoughts you may have. When sending information, please consider the following expectations:
- Please do not send personal issues through the Google Form. If you have a personal issue, please address it directly with the school.
- Please do not use the names of staff, students, or families (other than your own). If there is a specific issue related to a staff member, a student, or another family, please address it specifically with the school.
- The district is interested in hearing from you about ways we can:
- Improve our practice
- Offer ideas, recommendations, and suggestions
- Address concerns
- More effectively share information
