Transcripts

Transcript Request / Verification of Graduation

To request a high school transcript, email the following information to transcript@wickliffecsd.org:

  • First and last name as it appears on the diploma and on official records
  • Current first and last name (if different)
  • Graduation year
  • Date of birth
  • Where to send the transcript (email or US Mail address)

Transcripts are processed in the order that they are received. Most requests will be available in 2-3 business days. Occasionally, records must be obtained from an offsite storage facility, in that case, there may be a delay in providing records.

To request a verification of graduation or other information, email the following information to transcript@wickliffecsd.org:

  • First and last name as it appears on the diploma and on official records
  • Current first and last name (if different)
  • Graduation year
  • Date of birth
  • Where to send the verification (email or US Mail address) or supply a specific form
  • Third party verification companies/institutions will need to provide a records release signed by the individual.
