CSU Engineer For a Day
The Washkewicz College of Engineering invites your students in grades 9-12 to learn what engineering is all about by participating in the 2019 Engineer-For-A Day Job Shadowing program on Friday, February 22, 2019.

This program is open to high school students who are interested in the engineering profession. The program enables students to spend a day on the job with an engineer to learn about an engineering field that interests them. All students participating in the Job Shadowing must also attend a mandatory open house on February 16 from 10AM-1PM!

To participate please have students complete the below registration form no later than Monday, February 8, 2019.

Due to a limited number of shadowing spots available, not all students who apply for this program will be able to participate. 11th and 12th grade students are given priority placement with companies. Students will receive an e-mail no later than February 12, 2019notifying them of their placement status. Whether or not students are placed with a company they are still welcome to attend the Open House on Saturday, February 16. This meeting will include useful information to help prepare for the job shadowing experience. In addition, we will provide free parking, a tour of the Washkewicz College of Engineering, a continental breakfast, and lunch.
