Wickliffe Elementary will host registration sessions for incoming Kindergarten students on Monday, June 1st from 8:00 AM-1:00 PM at Wickliffe Elementary. WES is located at 1821 Lincoln Road. WES is located at 1821 Lincoln Road.
Parents/Guardians should bring:
- Copy of Residency Documentation – lease or purchase agreement or copy of ownership deed is required. If providing a lease, a current rental receipt of payment is also required. In addition, two (2) of the following documents must be provided: current gas/electric bill and/or your most current real estate tax bill. Month-to-month lease agreement requires providing payment documentation each month to the school.
- If the parents (family) are living with someone else (family, friend, etc.), the owner/lessee form AND the Residency Statement must be completed.
- Bring the original Birth Certificate for your child (we will copy and return the original to you).
- If applicable, a copy of custody order, with all signatures – including the judge’s signature – and a clerk of courts time-stamp.
- If applicable, a copy of any past academic records.
- Copy of current immunization records (with all required immunizations for kindergarten).
- Copy of child’s health records.
- Copy of Special Education record/documentation, if applicable.
