PHYSICAL EDUCATION (310)
9th grade - 1/4 credit - 2 semesters - 2/3 periods per week

Physical Education encompasses certain developmental goals that include the physical, mental, emotional, and social aspects of growth and maturity. Emphasis on improving students agility, flexibility, strength, endurance, and developing skills through participation in team and individual activities such as; basketball, badminton, floor hockey, volleyball, touch football, softball, soccer, frisbee games, bocce ball, track and field, and fitness jogging.

HEALTH (321)
10th grade - 1/2 credit - 2 semesters - 2/3 periods per week

The emphasis of health education is on physical, mental, social, and emotional health. The health curriculum stresses prevention and reduction of health risks. Students are encouraged to make responsible and informed decisions about diet, exercise, safety, sexual activity, drugs, alcohol, and tobacco use.

PHYSICAL EDUCATION (330)
11th grade - 1/4 credit - 2 semesters - 2/3 periods per week

PERSONAL ADJUSTMENT (341)
1/2 credit - 1 semester – 5 periods per week
12th grade elective

Personal Adjustment deals with the study of personal relationships, dating, courtship, sexuality, marriage, family relationships and parenting. This course also deals with topics such as: drug abuse, alcoholism, and problems within the family framework, which could lead to divorce. Personal Adjustment covers a wide variety of areas such as; use of a budget, savings, checking, credit, interest rates, and investments.
