Parents must present to the school office verification that they are enrolled in the Ohio Works First Program (OWF). You must obtain a letter from your case worker at Lake County Department of Job and Family Services verifying that your are currently enrolled in the program.

Families receiving food stamps (SNAP Program) may also qualify for student instructional fee exemption by obtaining a letter from their case worker stating they are recipients of food stamps, and that their eligibility is current.

In order to waive student instructional fees, you must meet one of the requirements above.
