The State Laws, Administrative Code 5101:2-12-37, and Ohio Revised Codes 3313.67 and 3313.671, require that all students attending public schools be properly immunized against major communicable diseases. School nurses maintain health records of all Wickliffe Students to determine those students are in compliance with the immunization requirements. In addition, a physical examination must be recorded for all pre-school and kindergarten students. Students are attending school in violation of Ohio Law if, after fourteen (14) days of school, they have not complied in the following areas outlined in the following document.
